White label interface

With the white label solution, you can offer your customers the look and feel of your own company. Through individual branding, publishers can offer their customers an interface that has no direct visual reference to Markee, but fits perfectly with their own branding. Colours and the logo can be adapted. The white label interface is accessible via a separate domain.

Setup

The support team will take care of the configuration for you.

We need the following information from you so that this can be implemented promptly:

  1. For which work area is the set-up to take place?

The setup is only possible for subdomains (e.g. login.something.com)

  1. Which URL should be used to access the interface?

The hosting of the domain remains with your customer.

  1. Link to privacy policy
  2. Link to the imprint
  3. Link to the terms and conditions
  4. Which colour should be used?

For the white label agency version, only one colour can be defined. This is the main colour (e.g. for buttons and markers).

  1. Logo and FavIcon image file

For the FavIcon, it is best to send us an image file with a transparent background, as this improves the display in the browser.

  1. E-mail sender name
  2. E-mail sender address
  3. Image file for the e-mail logo (max. size 168 x 35 px)
  4. Details for the e-mail imprint (footer in the e-mail)

Colour settings

One colour can be defined, which then affects the following sections:

On the login page

  1. Colour of the links and buttons

After the login

  1. Buttons and selection bars (like Dashboard)

  2. The expand/collapse menu in the search bar

DNS settings

After the support has configured the settings, a few settings are required from your customer in the DNS configuration of the domain.

  1. A-Record to the IP 86.109.249.113 (for forwarding to the white label domain)
  2. SPF entry with the content v=spf1 ip4:86.109.249.96/27 (for the email settings)  Once these adjustments have been made, please let support know so they can complete the setup.

Note on the system-internal e-mails

If no specific white label has been defined for a lower-level workspace, the system-internal e-mails are sent out in the layout of the higher-level workspace. If no white label has been defined here either, the layout of the workspace above it is used.

Language settings Whitelabel

There are two different sections for the displayed language, which can be set independently of each other.

Login section

  1. Every user can individually set the language that is displayed for them on the login page. To customise this, the language must be selected above the "Username" field. This selected language then has priority 1 when it comes to the language settings of the login page.

In the basic setup of the white label, German is defined as the default language. This defined language then has an effect on the login area as priority 2.

If you wish to change the default whitelabel language, please contact the support

After login

After logging in (if you are directly in the agency view), the language set by the user in the profile applies. This language may differ from the language of the login page.
