Call Tracking
You can use a call tracking number to measure calls and thus make your advertising campaigns auditable. For example, you can use the call tracking number on a specific ad to measure its success. The call tracking number can be forwarded to any number.
Setting up
Under "Products" you can add the Call Tracking licence. As soon as the number has been assigned or is available, it is automatically displayed and the status is set to ACTIVE. Everything runs automatically and you do not need to register again. You will then also see the assigned phone number in the licence.
You can now make various settings for the licence / call tracking number:

Number Assignment:
- You can set this here if you want to use the phone number for another Markee product (e.g. listing, website). Click on "Use" and then select the product.

Whisper and / or welcome for the caller
We need a WAV file from you, with 16bit 8kHz mono.

After the call, the customer (for whom the call tracking number has been registered) is given the opportunity to rate the call as helpful or unhelpful.

Statistics
You can find the call tracking statistics by clicking on the "Statistics" tab for the relevant location.
