Social Media - Create posts and keep an eye on reviews

The Social section is available in Markee at the company level on the left side.

Here you have the Ratings, Posts, and Messages sections.

Important to know: The Social functions Ratings-Reply and Social Posts-Writing, are add-ons that must be enabled in the listing. Other requirements are the role "Subscription add-on function" in your user profile and your location must be connected to the corresponding portal (e.g. Google). If you want to use the functions for your locations, it is best to contact your account manager.

Reviews

In this section, the reviews that users have published on your profiles are listed. With the filter function, you can display the reviews sorted by different categories, so you always have an overview of your customers' opinions. So that you can respond to these opinions as quickly as possible, you answer the reviews right from Markee.

How can you get an info about a new review?

1. You can look actively in Markee. 2. You can set up an alert that will inform you. The alert will have a link to read the review. 3. You can create a content campaign. The alert will receive a link to read and respond to the review.

Review monitoring

From the portals below, the reviews can flow into Markee. The monitoring starts with the beginning of the license. Older reviews can be imported via support using the "Resync" button if desired.

Review Response

This function (Review Response) is currently only supported for Facebook, Google Business Profile and Yelp, TrustPilot.  For entities in Germany, the review response is also supported by GoLocal and MeinungsMeister.

Pack more info into a post with a link

How can you pack as much info as possible into a short Google or Facebook post? The most elegant solution is to write a link to the post. In the "Write Post" tile, you can enter not only your text, but also a link. The highlight: Markee recognizes a link as such. No matter how long the URL is, Markee automatically shortens it to the more readable main domain without losing the linking information. Then Markee shows you the shortened link in blue under the text box. Now you can remove the black link from the text box, add to your post and just click publish.
