Notification Center - Reporting & Alerts
You can use the notification center to send various alerts and reports. Requirement is that the corresponding templates are defined in the database.
Template
There are standard templates which can be customised for the client in the following points:
- Logo
- Colours
- Footer (address, legal information)
Available reports
- Start of the Call Tracking measurement
- Monthly listing report (includes all portals in the booked listing), (will be sent if at least one statistic is available)*
- Final report Call Tracking
- GBP Report
- Data exports (e.g.: Export of expiring licences, Statistics export, Low ratio of active portals).
Sending report(*):
When creating the report, you can specify when the report is to be sent.
Period: A weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sending can be set here. Delivery: middle or end defines whether the export is sent in the middle or at the end of the period.

- Expiring CallTracking number
- Publisher Suggestion:
You will receive an e-mail with the option to accept or reject the changes. An email is then sent to a defined recipient who is informed of the decision. A change must then be entered manually in Markee. There is also the possibility to get a link to a landing page via a content campaign, where direct modification of the data is possible.
- Rating Alert:
You will receive an email with a link to read the rating. There is also the possibility to get a link to a landing page via a content campaign where a response is possible.
Required information:
- From which email address should the mails be sent (sender email)?
To be able to send e-mails via our system using the desired sender e-mail, the customer must set up a release for us in the DNS settings of his domain. Relevant information will be provided with the request.
- Under what name should the e-mails be sent (sender name)?
- Subject
- E-mail address of the recipient of the Customer Reply
When the change is approved or rejected by the owner, the reply is sent to this recipient. The recipient is stored in the e-mail template.

Include and exclude options
- Workspace level (possibility to include or exclude companies)
- Location level (option to include or exclude licences)
- Company level (possibility to include or exclude locations)
Locations with identical names
The challenge with locations with identical names is that you cannot identify them when configuring the notification. To ensure that you still assign the correct location, you can also search for and select it with the company ID.

Exclusion of reporting and alerts for certain licences / product definitions
With the release on 27.01.2021, Markee users can deactivate the dispatch of reports and alerts for certain products / licence names, e.g. Listing Premium. This cannot be set in the message centre but in the product creation. If you would like to do this for a product, please contact Support.
