Website Widgets - Review Widget
Using the website widgets, the "gadgets", Markee users have the possibility to display a certain selection of their data from Markee on an external website, including the logo. At the moment, the Review Widget is available. The widget is created by the support team and can be configured individually. Markee will then provide you with a custom Javascript code that you can copy and paste on the desired web page. This code does not change - even if something is changed in the configuration in Markee.
Integration types
To embed the widget on any website, a Java script code (snippet) is provided in Markee. Two different types of snippets are available:
- Snippet for aggregated widget
It shows the data of all locations that have a licence for the widget.
- Snippet at location level
This snippet only includes the data from this one location.
Review Widget
This widget has been available since November 2020. It can display the ratings that are shown in Markee in the "Social" area, i.e. all ratings that have been received for a company or a location on social media portals. Exactly which of these data are mapped by the widget is configured individually for each widget.
Possible settings
- Priority portals: All portals to be included in the review widget are selected here.
- Rating type: The following settings are available for selection:
- recommendation-rate: This is x% of the ratings above three stars.
