Initial situation:

I cannot log in. And get a message that the user and/or password are unknown/incorrect.

Answer:

Check if the spelling of the user name and password is correct. The most common sources of error are the Caps Lock key, the NUM block and unnoticed spaces. Alternatively, try to reset your password using the "Forgot password" function.

That didn't help?

Please contact the administrator for your workspace. He can check if there is an (unintentional) blocking of the user account. Alternatively you can contact our support.

Initial situation:

When I log in, I am shown an incorrect workspace in the dashboard.

Answer:

Please contact our support. We will fix this for you quickly.
