The booked banner does not appear on the chosen advertising space? Here we have compiled a collection of questions and answers for you.
Initial situation:
The banner does not appear online.
Answer: There are various reasons why a banner is not displayed:
- Incompatible special characters in the keywords:
Special characters like '`() are not accepted
- Incorrect writing of the booked advertising locations
- Campaign type prevents playout:
We differentiate between open and closed campaigns in Markee. Open or non-guaranteed campaigns are usually used for pointed targeting target groups, among others. With these, the agreed campaign target is processed as quickly as possible, regardless of the campaign duration. In contrast to open campaigns, in closed or guaranteed campaigns the campaign target is distributed evenly over the previously agreed period.
- The hit list belongs to another publisher:
Check if the hit list belongs to a GelbeSeiten publisher. The publisher's display (desktop version only) appears to the right of the hit list. If the hit list belongs to a different publisher, the banner is not displayed.
- Requirements for the banner not met:
A hit list banner is only played out if there is a hit list. If a search query does not return any results, the banner will not appear.

Posted banners do not switch.
Answer: In this case, check the prioritization of the booked banners. Please note that open and closed campaigns are played out with a different priority.
