Manage user profile

In your user profile you can update your personal details and change your password.

To access your user profile, click on your name abbreviation in the upper bar. If you already have a profile picture, click on it.

You will then see this window. Here you click on "View profile".

You will now get an overview of your profile and can make various settings here. We will now go through these fields.

1. Profile picture

By clicking on the photo symbol, you can upload or change your profile photo.

If you want to delete a profile picture, click on the picture symbol again. You now have the option of changing the picture or deleting it completely.

2. Edit profile

You can use this function to change your details and the e-mail address you are registered with in the Help Centre. Your Markee user data will not be changed. If you change the e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail to the new address to confirm it.

3. Change password

Here you can change your password for the help centre. Your brand password will not be changed here.

4. Delete profile

If you want to delete your profile in the Help Centre, you can do so here. After you have clicked on "I understand, continue", you can decide how your profile name should be displayed.

Click on "Delete" to delete your profile.
