To make it easier for you to get started, you will find an overview of the Help Centre here. If there are extra articles on certain areas, you will be directed to them via a link.

Home page: If you click on this, you will always be taken to the home page. My area: Here you will find your tickets and, if applicable, those of your colleagues.

Here you can set the font size and the displayed language. To make changes, click on the A or the language.

Here you can search for an article directly in the knowledge database. After you have typed in a few letters, you may receive article suggestions.
