Initiates a check of the Instagram connection status for a specific location.

Behavior:

  • While the check is in progress, the status becomes PROCESSING.
  • If eligibility is confirmed, the status updates to ACTIVE.
  • If the check fails, the status reverts to UNAVAILABLE, allowing retry.
