Create a new notification configuration. This configuration gets attached to a special context (defined by the context id and the context type: Location,Company,Workspace). The notifications will be sent for all contexts underneath it (e.g. all locations when main context Company has been chosen) by default. You can select explicit sub contexts by using the whitelist (e.g. sent notifications only for a special set of locations in the company). You can also select a blacklist (e.g. sent for all locations of the company the notifications, except for a special set). Be aware: For the white- and blacklist you can only choose ids of the level underneath the level you're attaching the configuration. E.g. When you attach the notification configuration to a workspace you can only use company Ids.
